The only thing more difficult then deciding on a house plan, is deciding on the builder you will entrust with its construction. After a lot of time and research we chose Summerlin Builders and we couldn't have made a smarter decision. It was hard to put into a few short sentences how great they have been and how happy we are.
From the start, Summerlin builders laid out a clear plan that was followed, flexible and stayed on schedule. When we had questions they were quickly and thoroughly answered. If we had last minute requests or changes, Randy and his team were readily available, listened, offered advice and did everything they could to bring our visions, no matter how unorthodox, to reality. The end result is a quality-built, energy-efficient, beautiful house that we are proud to call ours.
