The company started in late 1991 as Edwards-Summerlin General Contractors, Inc.
Began as a speculative builder and evolved to strictly a custom builder.
The company has been voted Number One (#1) Residential Builder in Johnston County for 4 years.
Began Summerlin Builders, Inc. in 2006 upon phasing out previous partnership.
