Randy Summerlin established Summerlin Builders in 2006 as a spin-off of his co-founded company, Edwards-Summerlin General Contractors. Through the knowledge and expertise of both Randy and his son, Chad, Summerlin Builders has quickly risen to the top of the industry.

Randy has built a strong foundation of excellence through his years in the building industry. While co-owner of his previous company, Randy was voted Johnston County's number one residential builder for four years.  He was also awarded "Builder of the Year" by Johnston County Home Builders association for two consecutive years.  These awards are a direct result of his commitment to the home building industry.
